  1. Helpline for seniors seeking consultation relating to health care, housing, wills, and other civil issues. 
  2. Telephone consultations with advocates, social workers, or family members. Collaboration and coordination with Senior Citizen social agencies to obtain assistance for seniors.
  3. Estate, disability, and Medicaid planning for persons of low-to-moderate means.

Fees - There is no fee for our legal services; voluntary contribution will help maintain services for others in the community.  Brief advice as well as full legal representation is available, based on the needs of the client and Senior Law Project resources that are available.  Many matters can be successfully handled over the telephone. For services other than The Senior Citizen Law Project - Attorneys, paralegals, support staff. Social workers offer support to manage and deal effectively with the legal system. Cases involve shelter, food, healthcare, consumer debt, mental illness and disability advocacy, veterans’ rights, social security and entitlements.
